We do not give a warranty on consumables, such as shampoo, conditioner, wax, etc. On other products such as hair dryers, hair clippers, scissors, etc., you have a 1 or 2 year manufacturer's warranty, depending on the manufacturer, without prejudice to the legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. This manufacturer's warranty guarantees the replacement or repair of the product or a part of it and applies in addition to the legal rights. The legal warranty stipulates that as a consumer you are always entitled to a good product. On hair clippers you have a warranty on everything, except for wear parts (e.g. cutting blades, batteries, etc.). When detecting a defect, you must report this within 2 months of discovery.
